Banana nut bread

1 C tapioca
1/3 C coconut flour
5 oz almond paste (or almond butter)
1/3 C water
1/3 C sugar
1/4 ts salt
2 eggs
3 bananas
1/4 C coconut oil
1 ts almond extract
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts cream of tartar
1/2 C walnuts, chopped; divided

1. Whisk together the coconut oil, eggs, water and sugar for 5 minutes until creamed together.
2. Add the other ingredients, half of the nuts and blend until well incorporated and there are no lumps.
3. Set over to 400 degrees and do 10 plank push-ups as it warms up.
4. Pour batter into parchment lined loaf pan and sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Bake for 25-30 minutes them turn the over down to 375 for 10-15 minutes. Long tooth pick should be sticky but not wet when inserted into the middle.
