Biscotti Please!

These gluten free/wheat free biscotti are hazelnut (filbert) flavored and taste amazing! Created with a blend of almond meal and my Dough Delicious the texture was pretty authentic too. I was nervous about the outcome because I cut them too thick to toast and dry out on the inside without burning on the outside.

Above, it’s in the brad loaf pan I used to bake it in… I should have lined it and will with subsequent batches.

Below I caught my little brother stealing biscotti and attempting to dodge me by going into the garden… except that’s just where I was coming inside from! Biscotti rat!!
