Blueberry Cream Cheese Mmmuffins

I made these blueberry cream cheese muffins because I need to use up some left over danish filling and wanted to experiment with a almond meal/flour meal free muffin mix. We have been out of almond meal for months and I never remember to put it on the “get list”. In case you’re wondering about the color, I used coconut sugar instead of the evaporated cane I usually use and the cheesy filling cam out a little orange although it tasted no different.
