What I ate and weighed 04-09 and 04-10

I couldn’t weigh myself while in Miami I was 154.8 when I left. I also ate a LOT of crap food on this trip too. Most of which I don’t eat any more. The good news and the bad news is what I weighed when I got back…

I was following the 4 hour body diet and had no idea about all the Primal and paleo stuff I do now. Now that know better about what these foods do to our digestive systems, endocrine systems and more I could no longer knowingly indulge in these wheat/gluten toxin filled foods.

Which of these foods do you find yourself craving to still eat?

What I Ate and Weighed 04-07-2010

So the 7th Was a kind of wacky day. I only have pictures of my weigh in (which was unchanged from the day before), more of that silly wheat grass and one meal… for filler I added in an impromptu model shot of my sexxy hubby! Check it out in the gallery below.

The April 8th however, was far more interesting…

I know, I know, I should have skipped the beans! I never ate all of it because it would start to make me gag. I don’t know how (or if) Tim Ferriss does it every single day but I really struggled though some of the low fat bean meals.

Yes, more wheat grass!

We were leaving to Miami that night for our niece’s pageant so had to get my pamper on :0)

Thought I hit the JACKPOT at Chilli’s that afternoon for lunch. Ahhhh so *almost* Primal…

Then I came home and was greeted by my beloved gym boss. I wouldn’t use it for a long while though!

Dinner!! Shrimp and aspagus from the deli counter at the health food store.

What I ate and Weighed 04-06-2010

Down 0.8 from yesterday obviously having no clear idea what I was doing :0)

Yes, those are blackeye peas! Bleh...

I thought to myself that I was only having a little so I should be fine...

This picture is a little fuzzy just like my thinking at the time! LOL. I Tried this dip a few months later and it tasted like ketchup :0/

Then I was growing wheat grass to smash and drink in shots! LOL

Someone asked what was wrong with wheat grass and the answer is: Nothing except its WHEAT (grain)!

See, you don’t have to get it all perfect to see results quickly even in the beginning.

What I ate and Weighed 04/05/10

Yesterday I was 155.6 and today…

Brunch at around 1pm... I think I removed the croutons!

Up 0.4lbs… No big deal it was probably BFBM so that’s a good sign.

Then I went out and bought these bitches here to celebrate…

And some shorts that fit me WAY to tight then but I can slide on and off now without unbuttoning…

Did you catch the nice puffy muffin top?

I’m sure that salad wasn’t all I ate but these are all the pics I had 🙂

What I Ate And Weighed year Ago 04-02-10

Okay so this is day two and I’m feeling kinda hyped because of how quickly the scale reflected my efforts! Just yesterday I was down a pound already and then…

155.6!! Are you kidding me?? Whoa!

This is all without any exercise at all!

I was so excited I went to Smoothie King got a shot of wheat grass (I don’t drink that any more) with my sister and picked up some ostrich jerky and beef jerky for my hubby… I don’t even like jerky. Do you?

This salad was at a local bar at about 11pm! It wasn’t great at all and who knows what junk was in the dressing but I did the best I could at the time. we’ll see what the scale says tomorrow.

Chicken and shrimp Caesar salad

Apparently I didn’t record what I had for breakfast. Forgive me, I was new to sharing :).

Fat Loss Journey: What I Ate and Weight 04/01/10

I can’t believe it’s been a YEAR since the first posting on the FitRichWoman facebook page and I’ve got almost all of it in pictures! I’ve got everything from the last time I ate my famous lasagna and garlic bread to the first time we tried quinoa.

You’ll want to pay attention to this story as I refine an eating strategy that is responsible for 90% of my documented 30lb fat loss and maintenance.

If You Don’t Know My Story, Here’s The Skinny

Some time around my birthday last year I got the inspiration to give fat loss focusing mainly on what I to eat. it was in the attempt to discover how to permanently remove myself out of the wrath of obesity and diabetes that was ripping through my family.

My father had already suffered it for 27 years and is now legally blind because of it. My best friends parents suffer stoke, dialysis and amputation because of it, my uncle uncle suffered a heart attack all because of diabetic complications.

More specifically ignorance that there could be a way to prevent and manage both obesity and diabetes and other diet related diseases by learning more about what we eat.

As a total diet noobie who’d never want to really change a thing (except add more of the good stuff right??) I started where most people like you and I glean fitness info now-a-days… Reading a mad scientist stories on a blog.

My journey started with me finding an article on Tim Ferriss’ 4 hour Work Week blog entitled, “How to Lose 20 lbs in 30 days Without Exercise” (and basis of his best selling “4 Hour Body”)…and evolved into a sustainable, enjoyable, orgasmically delicious way of living lean almost effortlessly.

Now to the Pictures

Over the next 30 days I’ll be sharing with you exactly what I ate so you can see how the evolution as it unfolds. Please feel free to ask me any questions at all in the comment section below and use the share options to invite your friends to join in on the lean down fun!

Warning: the food pictures aren’t nearly as good as they ones we post now and some of the stuff we don’t eat at all anymore.
