    I would be very interested in your thoughts about “dealing” with family members, friends and loved ones in general…who do not “GET” our choices and how we might give them the message that we are serious about this way of eating, without meaning to exclude said loved ones or their personal choices…I feel as if my family feels I am in someway “shutting myself off” from THEM…when it is only from the toxic food that we, yes, did prepare and share in the past….Thank you for your wonderfully organized posts and blog…May I subscribe?

  • I have been grain free since June due to stomach problems and then went toward the paleo style. For some reason my waist is increasing and my body fat and weight is too. I don’t know if I’m approaching this all wrong or what. I’m looking forward to seeing your videos.

  • I just signed up for the videos. I love the HIIT concept and have been doing this type of workout for a while now, however am still struggling with the idea that less is better. I have always been an exercise junky but recently learned from a nutrition & exercise seminar that too much exercise is definitely a stressor on the body and can be counter productive. Thanks for providing this great resource for those of us who don’t want to spend all of our time in the gym trying to be healthy How do I access the workouts?
