Test Pic

I Just look through my fat loss picture catalog and realized that I’m 5 pounds leaning now than I was when I took this picture on 7/14/2010. The significance of this is I had already hit my initial goal of 135 pounds and stayed there for almost a month… Then I decided I wanted to be leaner.

I think it’s pretty cool to be able to challenge yourself gain muscle definition and decrease fat by balancing your hormones eating dark chocolate, rich nut butter and drinking wine… And of course, BACON! ;).
