I couldn’t weigh myself while in Miami I was 154.8 when I left. I also ate a LOT of crap food on this trip too. Most of which I don’t eat any more. The good news and the bad news is what I weighed when I got back…
I was following the 4 hour body diet and had no idea about all the Primal and paleo stuff I do now. Now that know better about what these foods do to our digestive systems, endocrine systems and more I could no longer knowingly indulge in these wheat/gluten toxin filled foods.
